ella & sunday is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that buying clothing online is convenient, however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first, and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you.
You may return full price items bought online within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. *Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges. We will also ship your exchange back to you, for free! *Full price items only.

Returns on Sale Items
Sale items (including items purchased using a promotional discount code) can be exchanged, or returned for a store credit to be used online for your next purchase. All sale items for exchange must include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel so we can return the exchanged item to you.
How do I return products to ella & sunday?
When you place an order we send you a confirmation email to let you know when your parcel is on its way. In this email we also include a link to an electronic returns form. You can also find a link to the form here. On this form you can add the items that you’d like to return and choose how you’d like your return to be processed (refund, credit note or exchange).
Once you complete the Returns process, please print your finalised return form and include it with your parcel. This form helps the process to run smoothly at our end and includes our return address.
What if I don’t have my confirmation email anymore?
You can access your Order History or opt to Return an item from our web site. To access this information, simply login to your account – where you can view your order history. If you checked out as a guest and don't have a login, contact us to find your invoice number.
When returning an item, we ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of the particular style in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our product so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty item from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service on 07 5455 5656 or e-mail: email@example.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you using compostable satchels reducing our carbon footprint!
- When you spend $150 or more at ella & sunday, we will ship your order to you free!
- When your order is less than $150, we will ship your order for a flat rate of $10.
- If you need your order quickly, there is an express option, with a flat rate of $15.
- Where possible, please use a fixed address and not a PO Box.
We aim to have your order to you within 4 working days – this can be quicker if you live in South East Queensland and may take more time in more remote areas. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled.
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
We have a $15 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. Parcels take up to 7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled.

We update our site’s product availability daily however if by chance your item is out of stock we will give you a refund immediately.
