Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service.
- When you spend $200 or more at ella & sunday, we will express post your order to you free!
- When your order is less than $200, we will express post your order for a flat rate of $10.
Orders that are received before 1pm (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day are sent that day. We aim to have your order to you within 2 working days – this can be quicker if you live in South East Queensland or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area.
Australia Post Express Post Service – guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. We are based on the Sunshine Coast (our postcode is 4563) and you can follow the link for a more detailed description of the express post network.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
We have an $18.00 flat rate delivery fee for customers in New Zealand. New Zealand customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item price/s will be updated at your bag page to reflect this. Parcels take 3-7 days to reach New Zealand and may be subject to import taxes or duties.
Out of Stocks
We update our site’s product availability daily however if by chance your item is out of stock we will give you a refund immediately.
We understand that buying clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you. You may return full price items bought online within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges).
Returns on Sale Items
Please note sale items can be exchanged or we can issue an Online Credit Voucher. All sale items for exchange must be returned to us and include a self-addressed pre-paid satchel for us to return the exchanged item to you.
How do I return products to ella & sunday?
When you place an order we send you a confirmation email to let you know when your parcel is on its way. In this email we also include a link to an electronic returns form. You can also find a link to this form here. On this form you can add the items that you’d like to return and choose how you’d like your return to be processed (refund, credit note or exchange).
Once you complete the Returns process, please print your finalised return form and include it with your parcel. This form helps the process to run smoothly at our end and includes our return address.
What if I don’t have my confirmation email anymore?
You can access your Order History or opt to Return an item from our web site. To access this information, simply login to your account – where you can view your order history. If you checked out as a guest and don't have a login, contact us to find your invoice number.
When returning an item, we obviously ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If concerned, please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If you would like to exchange an item - it is a super idea to drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of the particular style in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
What if a product is faulty?
We take great pride in our product so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty item from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service on 0448 152 004 or e-mail: email@example.com to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product.
