Return Policy
Full-price items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please Note:
• Refunds apply to the item value only and do not include original shipping charges.
• Charity Cosmetic Bags and Gift Vouchers are not eligible for refund.
• Full-price items purchased using a promotional discount code are considered Sale Items and are subject to the Sale Item policy below.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when sending your return.
• For full-price exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item back to you free of charge.
Sale or discounted items (including full-price items purchased using a promotional discount) can be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available unless an item is deemed faulty.

For exchanges, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies for the replacement item. If your chosen exchange item is of a higher value, the difference will be payable. Your exchange item will be secured once your return has been processed and any applicable fees have been paid.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, unless the item is deemed faulty.
Returns FAQ'S
When you place an order we send you a confirmation email to let you know we received your purchase. In this email we also include a link to our Returns Portal.

To complete the return you will need your order number and email address. We will approve the request once it is received and email you instructions. This is not an automatic process so it may take up to 24 hours to receive a reply.
When returning an item, we ask that the garment has not been worn or washed, all labels are attached and that you take care to protect the garment when posting. If possible, include your name, the original invoice and the RMA number that you receive via email once your return has been approved. We recommend using a tracked service when posting your return. We do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Our returns portal will accept an exchange for a different size or an exchange for a different item.
If you choose an exchange for the same style, any outstanding credits will be added to your account as store credit. Shipping costs of the original order are not included.
You will be prompted to pay the balance if there is any outstanding amount.
You can access your Order History from your account on our web site. To access this information, simply login to your account – where you can view your order history. If you checked out as a guest and don't have a login, contact us to find your invoice number.
