Kantha simply means 'patched cloth' and refers to both the tradition of producing these unique quilted blankets, as well as the craft of stitching itself.
Our Kantha pillowcases are made with 3 layers of cotton. The top striped layer is hand block printed and hand stitched together with the other layers to create a stunning European cushion to mix and match with our range of quilts. The reverse is a sturdy plain coloured cotton.
Measuring approx. 45 x 45cm these lovely pillowcases will mix and match with many of our collection of Kantha quilts. Sold as a set of 2.
Please note that these stunning pieces are hand printed and hand stitched using age old techniques. Any blemishes or imperfections are part of the beauty of this artisanal piece. Colours may vary.
